We've been using a new granola recipe, and it is wonderful. It is
adapted from one on Martha Stewart's show:
Easy Granola
1 c. wheat flour (I use freshly ground)
4 c. steel cut oats
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts (your choice)
Mix in a bowl.
1/2 c. oil (we used canola)
1/2 c. honey
Add to the oats in order and mix well. Put on a greased sheet pan and
bake at 350 for 20 minutes. When cool, add in raisins, or dried
cranberries, or dried blueberries, etc.
